Alyssa Williamson

Alyssa Williamson has extensive experience in talent strategy and innovation within leading organizations. At RBC, Alyssa served as the Director of Technical Talent Strategy & Programs from December 2019 to May 2025, focusing on enhancing the Tech@RBC experience and fostering innovation. Previously, as Director of Innovation Programs, Alyssa led teams to achieve outstanding outcomes through the RBC Amplify Program. As a Senior Manager for the same program, Alyssa adeptly managed its transition to virtual delivery during the pandemic while ensuring effective recruitment for diverse talent. Prior experience includes roles at Futurestep as a Sourcer for ZS Associates and Campus Recruiter for BlackBerry, alongside an early career at BlackBerry in various recruitment-related roles. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University.
