Carlos Novoa

Carlos Novoa has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as a Community Manager at RBC since November 2010. Prior positions at RBC include Sr. Manager Regional Banking Enablement, Regional Enablement Coach, and Branch Manager. Prior to RBC, Carlos worked at Meridian Credit Union from October 2007 to October 2010 as Assistant Manager - Sales and Financial Service Advisor. Carlos also held the position of Financial Service Manager at BMO Financial Group from February 2004 to October 2007. Carlos holds an Honours Commerce degree in Finance from McMaster University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
