Celine Boffo

Celine Boffo serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for HR Capital Markets and the United States at RBC, overseeing the global talent strategy for RBC Capital Markets. With extensive experience in human resources, Boffo has held multiple leadership roles within RBC, including Vice President for Wealth Management, Insurance, and Investor & Treasury Services, where oversight was provided for a global HR team and participation in key operating committees. Previous positions include leading HR for Personal & Commercial Banking Distribution and Talent Management globally, along with significant contributions in organizational effectiveness and integration. Prior experience includes consulting roles with Boffo Chennoufi (B/C) Consulting, Rogers Communications, and CGI, focusing on change management and business transformation. Boffo began an academic career as a lecturer and research professional at HEC Montreal and holds a Ph.D. in Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sciences Po.
