Chai Lam

Chai Lam is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in leadership and strategic roles within the financial services and transportation industries. Currently serving as Director of IT, Insurance Innovation at RBC since March 2014, Chai Lam has held various directorships within RBC, including Solution Architecture and Payments & Cards. Prior to RBC, Chai Lam worked at BMO Financial Group as a Senior Architect in Enterprise Architecture and held management positions at Canadian Pacific Railway and Cara Operations. Chai Lam's educational credentials include a Master in Engineering from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
