Chanda Jackson

Chanda Jackson has extensive experience in identity and cybersecurity roles, currently serving as Director of IAM Service Delivery, Director of Global Cyber Security Planning Office, and Director of IAM Planning and Compliance at RBC since May 2017. In addition to this, Chanda is the Canadian Co-Lead for Women In Identity, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting diversity in the identity sector. Previous experience includes a Consultant role at Capgemini where project management and improvement initiatives were key responsibilities, as well as positions such as Project Coordinator at CRI Canada and Programmer/Analyst at Boston Scientific. Chanda holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.
