Chantal Farinha has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at RBC since January 2010 in various managerial roles, including Team Manager for the Human Resources Contact Center and Advice Center, as well as Banking Advisor and Manager of Client Care. In these positions, Chantal focuses on coaching and developing employees to enhance customer service and addressing client concerns effectively. Prior to these roles, Chantal also served as Manager of Customer Service and Team Lead from June 1992 to November 2009 at RBC, along with earlier experience as a Telephone Sales Representative and in Account Services.
