Darlene Mielke, CRISC, PMP, and ITIL certified, has extensive experience in cyber governance and project management within the banking sector, currently serving as Director of Cyber Governance at RBC since February 2007. Darlene has a proven track record in leading teams focused on endpoint security, vulnerability management, and information security, achieving high compliance rates and successfully implementing security solutions across numerous global assets. Prior experience includes senior project management roles at Royal Bank of Canada, specializing in Identity Management, as well as positions at CIBC Australia and the Hospital for Sick Children. Darlene holds education credentials from Mohawk College and McMaster University.
