David Holmes

David Holmes is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at RBC since January 2023, David previously held significant positions at Manulife from March 2011 to December 2022, including SVP & Global Head of Talent Acquisition and SVP & Head of Human Resources for Global Group Functions. David's earlier career includes roles at Aviva plc as Head of North American Talent Acquisition, Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions as Senior Consultant, and positions at Manulife Financial and Korn/Ferry International. David's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Commerce and Sports Administration from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
