Deenah Patel

Deenah Patel, with extensive experience in commercial banking and health care, currently serves as the Head of Commercial Coverage Transformation for Treasury Solutions at RBC, leading initiatives to enhance client experiences and drive growth for small to mid-market businesses. Previously, Deenah held senior leadership roles at RBC, focusing on merchant experience, loyalty, and channel partnerships. A former owner of Strategic Health, Deenah provided holistic health care solutions, while also leading global marketing strategies at IBM, covering software-as-a-service and consulting communications. Deenah holds an MBA in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Marketing Management Certificate from Humber College.
