Frank Lan

Frank Lan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of CRM Strategy at RBC since October 2022. Previously, Frank held the position of Sr. Director of Consumer and US Ventures at RBCx from July 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading Go-To-Market strategy development for new business lines and establishing performance targets. From October 2013 to July 2019, Frank was the Director of Personal Lending Portfolio Management and Credit Strategy at RBC, managing a team focused on personal lending products and major P&L initiatives. Earlier experience includes various positions in Cards Portfolio Management at RBC and a Credit Risk Analyst role at Bell Canada Enterprises. Frank holds a Master of Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto. Additional education includes time at The University of Hong Kong.
