Gina Hermida

Gina Hermida is a seasoned professional in global design and architecture, currently serving as the Director of Global Design in Corporate Real Estate at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) since October 2017. In this role, Gina manages a diverse portfolio, creating sustainable environments for RBC's extensive client base and inspiring its global workforce. Prior to RBC, Gina held various key positions, including Senior Manager of Retail Design at Rogers Communications and Account Manager at Cecrisa SA, where successful projects resulted in significant sales increases and marketing innovations. Educated in Architecture and Marketing, with degrees from prominent institutions such as the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, Gina has demonstrated a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive effective design strategies throughout their career.
