Gonzalo Vázquez is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in cloud engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Director of Cloud Engineering for Modern Applications at RBC, Gonzalo specializes in Kubernetes for Hybrid Cloud environments. Previously, Gonzalo held key positions at RBC as Director of Cloud Engineering focused on AWS, at TELUS as Principal Developer managing a high-value project to enhance web performance, and as Senior Data Architect developing market-leading personalization services. Additional experience includes serving as an Enterprise Architect at Economical Insurance, where Gonzalo facilitated Kubernetes adoption, and as a Senior Architect Consultant at CIBC, where the development of an API Marketplace was achieved.
