Grant McFarlane

Grant McFarlane, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate banking and client management. Currently serving as Managing Director in the Corporate Client Group at RBC since April 2024, McFarlane previously held multiple leadership roles at HSBC from August 2006 to March 2024, including Vice President & Market Head for Commercial Banking in the Greater Toronto Area and Atlantic Canada, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive financial solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Additional experiences encompass national leadership in leasing and equipment finance, capital markets origination, and international assignments in Australia. McFarlane's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
