Jill Javier

Jill Javier is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in program management and strategic operations across various industries. Currently serving as Go to Market Lead and Program Management for Cards & Loyalty Integration at RBC since June 2018, Jill has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Smart Reno and Director of Product at RBCx. Previously, Jill co-founded BitCity Group, leading initiatives to enhance blockchain adoption in Canada, and held significant positions at Capital One Canada and Hewlett Packard, focusing on Agile transformation and global project management. Educated with dual MBA degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of St.Gallen, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University, Jill combines academic excellence with a strong track record of driving operational improvements and innovation.
