Juliana Costalonga, MBA, is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global procurement and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement – T&O at RBC since March 2020, Juliana previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Before joining RBC, experience includes roles such as Category Manager at CSA Group, Strategic Sourcing Specialist at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, Procurement Buyer at Standard Life, and Bid Administrator at Insight. Juliana's career began at IBM as Manager of Customer Fulfillment in Integrated Supply Chain.
