Kristy Pickering

Kristy (Albano) Pickering is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in governance, risk management, compliance, and strategic transformation. Currently serving as SVP and Managing Director of the Governance, Risk & Control Office at RBC since April 2024, Kristy previously held the position of SVP of Compliance Strategy, Coordination and Execution at Wells Fargo from May 2022 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving in various leadership roles at Santander US, including Director of Corporate Strategy in the Transformation Office and Program Manager in Change Management, as well as positions at Fidelity Investments focused on asset management and corporate finance. Kristy holds an MBA in Strategy from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Cum Laude degree in International Business-Finance from Bryant University. Additionally, an internship with the Mayor of Milan contributed to Kristy's diverse background.
