Laura Riehm

Laura Riehm is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President/CIO Navigator for Global HR/Compensation and CAO Technology at RBC since February 2007. Laura Riehm has held various senior roles at RBC, including leadership positions in Core Banking Systems Modernization, HR IT, and critical technology systems for retail credit. Prior to RBC, Laura Riehm worked as a Technology Consultant at IBM, providing testing strategy services for large projects, and has held positions in leading companies such as HBC and ABN AMRO, delivering expertise in systems integration and quality assurance. Laura Riehm holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a degree in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute.
