Laurie Pezzente is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT risk and security management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of IT Risk at RBC since September 2012, Laurie Pezzente oversees enterprise IT risk governance and ensures the protection of information assets through effective implementation of IT policies and standards. Prior to RBC, Laurie Pezzente held significant roles at CIBC, including Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, where strategic direction for enterprise-wide information security was established, and as Chief Information Officer for Corporate Treasury and Risk Management, providing leadership in technology solutions aligned with business strategies.
