Lee Reisch

Lee Reisch is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in executive and group communications, as well as strategic planning and digital marketing. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Executive & Group Communications at RBC since November 2025, Lee also operates as a Communications Consultant at mPath Communications since April 2014, developing customized communication strategies. Previous roles include Director of Programming & Communications at ESG News and Senior Manager of Strategic Communications at KPMG Canada. Lee has held key positions at organizations such as FP Canada, Morningstar Sustainalytics, Capital One, and Laurentian Bank, focusing on internal communications, content marketing, and employee engagement. Lee holds multiple certificates from the University of Toronto in Strategic Public Relations and Digital Marketing Management, as well as a Graphic Design certificate from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from York University.
