Melinda Henderson

Melinda Henderson is an experienced professional with a robust background in compliance, digital products, and employee wellness at RBC since 2005. Roles include Director of Compliance and Digital Products, Director of Employee Digital Experience, and Product Lead for RBC Connect, a workplace collaboration tool. Melinda has also led efforts in cyber awareness and IT risk management, in addition to managing global wellness programs for over 86,000 employees. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Manager of Innovation, Strategy and Global Wellness, Senior Manager of Wellness and Financial Education, and Manager of Communications at RBC Insurance, along with a role as Senior Editor at DBRS and Journalist at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
