Melissa Wood

Melissa Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee community engagement and stakeholder relations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at RBC since April 2022, Melissa leads the design and development of employee volunteering programs and other community engagement initiatives. Previously, Melissa held various management roles at Hydro One, AltaGas Ltd., and Heritage Gas Limited, focusing on special projects, stakeholder relations, and government engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western University and multiple Master's degrees in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University and the University of Calgary.
