Mike Koolman

Mike Koolman has extensive experience in technology and quality engineering, notably serving as Director of DevOps and Quality Engineering at RBC from August 2015 to July 2022. In this role, Mike led teams focused on servicing RBC Caribbean's app development, driving transformation and delivering improved products and solutions. Previously, Mike held positions including Senior Manager of Quality Engineering and DevOps, where responsibilities included implementing a robust Source Code Management process and establishing standards for Test Environment Management. Before RBC, Mike contributed to RBTT Bank in various capacities, including Technical Lead for Temenos T24 Implementation and Manager of Technology Support. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and Flight Operations, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Jacksonville University.
