Nan Xiang

Nan (Alison) Xiang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory reporting, model development, and statistical analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at RBC since June 2019, Nan focuses on regulatory reporting and remediation within Home Equity Finance. Prior to this role, Nan worked at BMO Financial Group from April 2015 to June 2019 as a Manager, leading model development for wholesale risk rating models and conducting comprehensive performance monitoring and analysis. Nan also held positions as a Senior Analyst and Teaching Assistant at Western University, contributing to credit risk model development and providing statistical consulting services. Earlier experience includes roles at Witop Research Company and Munich Re, where Nan gained expertise in marketing analysis and actuarial modeling. Nan holds a Master of Science in Financial Modeling from Western University and a Bachelor of Economics in Statistics from Renmin University of China.
