Pamela Cheng

Pamela Cheng, CPA, CMA, is an experienced finance and governance professional currently serving as Director of Enterprise Information Management Risk - Change Oversight Practice and Director of Data Governance & Quality at RBC since October 2014. Cheng's responsibilities include establishing data management and governance practices within Personal & Commercial Banking to ensure compliance with RBC's data management policy, focusing on data accountability, metadata management, and data quality management. Previous roles at RBC include Senior Manager of Strategy & Transformation and Senior Planning Manager for Risk & Treasury Technology, where financial management of a $95 million technology portfolio was overseen. Prior to RBC, experience includes management positions at RBC Capital Markets, CDS, Accenture, and the Department of National Defence. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
