Pathma Loshany Ponnambalam, MBA, CSSP, is an experienced procurement manager with a robust background in strategic sourcing and IT project management. Currently serving as Procurement Manager in Global Procurement at RBC since March 2018, Pathma evaluates supplier proposals to optimize business solutions. Previously, as Procurement Manager for APAC, significant achievements include executing successful sourcing strategies that reduced costs and enhanced operational efficiency across Malaysia and Singapore. Pathma’s earlier career includes a role as Certified Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Maybank, where initiatives led to substantial cost savings, and as IT Project Manager where successful implementation of IT projects was achieved. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia, complemented by a CSSP certification from the Procurement and Supply Chain Institute of Asia.
