Reyaz Yahya

Reyaz Yahya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client data management and governance within RBC. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Client Data Management since June 2019, Reyaz is responsible for a technology-driven strategy that governs client profiles at an enterprise level, overseeing critical data points and driving the adoption of modern data-delivery services. Reyaz has also been recognized for contributions to the RBCx Innovation Program, where a team developed a "Chaos Engineering Centre of Excellence." Prior roles include Associate Director of Client Data Reporting, where Reyaz focused on enhancing client satisfaction in key regions, and Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & Information Management, leading performance transformation initiatives at RBC. Reyaz holds an Hon. Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
