Rola Turk

Rola Turk is a seasoned professional in identity and access management with extensive experience at RBC since November 2017, where Rola currently holds the position of Senior Director for Identity Lifecycle Management & Intelligence, among other senior roles in IAM operations and governance. Additionally, Rola serves as the Canadian Ambassador for Women In Identity since July 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at CIBC from August 2010 to November 2017, where Rola focused on adoption, change management, and service fulfillment. Early career experience includes IT roles at Lebanese American University. Rola is currently pursuing an Emerging Leader Cyber Initiative in Cybersecurity at Toronto Metropolitan University, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer from Lebanese American University and a foundational education in Experimental Science from Saint Joseph De L'Apparition.
