Saira Rizvi

Saira Rizvi is a skilled data scientist with extensive experience in both academic and industry settings. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at RBC since May 2021, Saira has previously held roles as a Cyber Security Data Scientist and Data Scientist for Amplify. Prior to RBC, Saira worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo from January 2020 to September 2021, and gained further experience through a data science role at Transport Canada from January to April 2021, as well as a position in Data Science & Engineering at HSBC in the summer of 2020. Saira's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Toronto.
