Thierry Vandal

Thierry Vandal is president of Axium Infrastructure US Inc. (an investment management firm). He was president and chief executive officer of Hydro-Québec from 2005 until his retirement in 2015.

He is a director of TC Energy Corporation. He also serves on the international advisory board of HEC Montréal. He is a governor emeritus and a member of the principal’s international advisory board of McGill University. He is also a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering.

Mr. Vandal holds an M.B.A. in Finance from HEC Montréal and an engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
