Trish Clouse

Trish Clouse is a seasoned professional in Quality Engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of QE Transformation and Director of Quality Engineering Practice at RBC since February 2020, Trish has previously held key roles including Senior Manager of Quality Engineering and QA Enablement Manager at Eloqua, where Trish managed a 13-member QA team. Trish's career includes significant positions at Avokia, Mapfusion, Oracle Numetrix, and ExtendMedia, with notable achievements in implementing Agile practices and leading QA initiatives across various supply chain products. Trish holds a B.A. in Physical Education and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a certificate in Women’s Leadership from the Yale School of Management.
