Mitch Baden

Mitch Baden started their career at Landmark Bank in 1981, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President. Mitch then joined Mercantile Bank in 1986 as the President of Business Banking, a role they held until 1998. In 2002, Mitch joined the Royal Banks of Missouri as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mitch later became a Member of the Board and in January 2020, they were promoted to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mitch Baden completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1974 to 1978. Mitch also obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Saint Louis University, although specific dates for this degree were not provided.
