Mary Scott

Mary Scott is currently the Head of Organisational Design & Development at Sight Scotland. Mary has a strong background in learning and development, having held various managerial roles in companies such as ScottishPower, Standard Life Assurance, and The Gleneagles Hotel. Mary has a track record of successfully leading training and development initiatives, as well as implementing behavioural change projects to improve customer satisfaction. Mary holds a Master's degree in Operational Research from the University of Strathclyde and has advanced qualifications in Human Resources Development.
