Dean Gardner

Dean Gardner is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the agricultural and business sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Administration at The New Royal Bluff Orchards, Dean specializes in sustainable business models as a strategic consultant and advisor. Previous roles include Interim Chief Financial Officer at Columbia Fruit Packers, Principal at NextLevel, and Chief of Orchard Operations at Legacy Fruit, LLC. Dean has held executive positions at several prominent fruit marketing companies, including Valley Fruit Company and Larson Fruit Company, and has a solid foundation in corporate governance as a past Chairman of the Board at United Pipe & Supply. Dean holds both BBA and MBA degrees from Texas McCombs School of Business and possesses a multicultural educational background from institutions in Colombia and Peru.
