Victoria Smith Arics

Victoria Smith ARICS is a seasoned estate surveyor currently serving the Royal Borough of Greenwich since February 2023. With a robust background in property consultancy, Victoria has held the position of Consultant Surveyor at Basildon Borough Council since December 2016 and has also worked as a Senior Surveyor at Carter Jonas from December 2020 to December 2023. Previous roles include Commercial Property Surveyor at Southend on Sea Borough Council and Partnerships Manager at the London Borough of Waltham Forest, where Victoria contributed from January 2006 to December 2016. Victoria holds the AssocRICS qualification in Commercial Property/Asset Management and is a Registered Valuer with RICS.
