Jacob McClellan

Jacob McClellan is an experienced professional in service improvement and management within the housing sector, currently serving as Head of Service Improvement for Housing Management at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea since October 2023. Previously, Jacob held various roles at Hammersmith & Fulham Council from October 2018 to October 2023, including Delivery Manager and Service Design Lead, as well as participating as a National Management Trainee. Early career experience includes a role as a Geophysicist at CGG from September 2014 to September 2017, following an academic background culminating in an MSci in Geophysics from Imperial College London, completed in 2014.
