Tasnim Cohen

Tasnim Cohen is a dedicated Employee Engagement HR Officer at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, focusing on projects aligned with the Council’s corporate and people management strategies since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Nike, where Tasnim was a People Manager in Talent, Culture & Engagement, actively promoting community involvement and internal communications, along with previous positions in recruitment and workforce optimization. Tasnim has been involved with various organizations aimed at increasing diversity in the legal profession, such as Aspiring Solicitors and the Black Solicitors Network, while also participating as a Campus Ambassador and engaging in mentoring schemes. Currently pursuing a Level 5 CIPD Qualification in Human Resources Development, Tasnim holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from SOAS University of London and possesses strong skills in communication, organization, and community building.
