Chris Joyce

Chris Joyce has extensive experience in infrastructure, sustainability, and economic growth. Chris currently serves as the Head of Infrastructure, Sustainability, and Economic Growth at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Prior to this, they held the position of Infrastructure and CIL Manager at the same company. Earlier in their career, Chris was the Head of Surface Access at Heathrow, where they also worked as a Surface Access Strategy Manager. Chris began their career as an Associate at Transport Planning Practice and previously worked as a Transport Planner at Capita Symonds.

Chris Joyce attended the University of Nottingham from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. Chris completed their studies and obtained an MEng in Civil Engineering.
