Karl Joseph

Karl Joseph has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an HR Business Partner for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead since July 2013. In this role, Karl focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness through employee and team development, including the establishment of internal communication channels and the implementation of values focus groups.
