Megan Rodriguez

Megan Rodriguez is a Project Co-Ordinator at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead since July 2023. Prior to this role, Megan served as the Staff Network Chair for the Pride Network at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust from October 2020 to June 2023, advocating for LGBTQ staff members and allies. Additionally, Megan worked as a Team Administrator for the Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead Community Mental Health Team at the same trust. Earlier experience includes an Apprenticeship as a Business Administrator at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead from 2018 to October 2019, and a brief position as a Cafe Worker at CAFFE KIX LIMITED in late 2017. Educational qualifications include Functional Skills in Mathematics from QA Training and attendance at Altwood Church of England Secondary School.
