Lucy Ralphs

Lucy Ralphs is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong focus on social media management and digital engagement. Currently serving as the Digital Engagement Manager at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew since November 2021, Lucy previously held the position of Senior Social Media Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, where key digital campaigns were executed for critical policy areas. At Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Lucy led a social media team managing 14 accounts with a combined reach of 19 million. Earlier roles include Social Media Specialist at Harvey Nichols, where Lucy contributed to the annual social media strategy, and Account Executive at Cygnus Associates Ltd, managing multiple client accounts.
