Ryan Parten

Ryan Parten has extensive experience in customer service and data maintenance, currently serving as an Ecommerce Data Maintenance and Customer Service Representative at Royal Brass and Hose since April 2012. With a background in Geographic Information Systems, Ryan worked as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst for the University of Tennessee from August 2009 to April 2012, where contributions included developing emergency management applications for Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Transportation Security Administration. Prior to this, Ryan held roles as an Environmental Field Technician at SAIC, Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Front Counter Sales at Royal Brass and Hose, and Shift Leader at Blockbuster. Ryan earned an Associate’s Degree in Geographic Information Systems from Pellissippi State Community College between 2004 and 2007.
