Ken Gibbons CPA, CA, MBA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and accounting. Currently serving as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Royal Canadian Mint since September 2016, Ken previously held the position of Director of Finance at Northwestel, managing a team of 30 for the largest private employer in northern Canada. Ken's background includes significant roles at General Motors, where responsibilities encompassed financial planning, shared services, and corporate finance over a 16-year tenure, as well as experience as a Senior Staff Accountant with Ernst & Young. Ken’s educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from York University, and a variety of additional certifications and degrees, including a Data Driven Marketing certificate from Cornell University.
