Mariya Stancheva

Mariya Stancheva is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in integrated marketing communications, currently serving as Marketing Coordinator at the Royal Canadian Mint since July 2013. In this role, Mariya coordinates consumer engagement events, manages marketing campaigns, oversees budget processing, and supports social media initiatives. Additionally, Mariya is the founder and head instructor of the Yoga for Wellness program at the Mint, where mindfulness and wellness are promoted through classes and original content for the corporate newsletter. Previous roles include managing international marketing initiatives and event coordination at various organizations, including Kalyana Yoga Shala and TrueNorth Avionics, as well as earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Political Science from Carleton University.
