Alfonso Ralph Mendoza Manalo

Alfonso Ralph Mendoza Manalo has extensive experience in anti-racism policy analysis and community engagement, currently serving as a Jr. Anti-Racism Policy Analyst at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. In this role, Alfonso has contributed to the development of training materials and engagement resources, including the "Cultivating Equitable and Unbiased Policing" course. Additionally, as an Anti-Asian Racism Learning Advisor for the Canada School of Public Service, Alfonso advised on the creation of the Government of Canada's first anti-Asian racism learning product. Previous roles include research and policy advisory positions at various organizations, focusing on race-based data collection and equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Alfonso's academic background includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and studies at the National University of Singapore.
