George Fraser

George Fraser has extensive experience in firearms training and e-learning applications, currently serving as the Owner of Dummy Ammo Canada since January 2011, where George specializes in manufacturing inert training dummies compliant with SAAMI and CIP specifications. Fraser has also held managerial roles within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since March 2012, overseeing e-learning applications and systems administration for RCMP's branded Saba learning management systems. Previous positions include Corporate Firearms Training Officer, Manager of Operations Support for the Canada Firearms Program, and Senior Analyst at the Canadian Firearms Registry. Fraser's career began in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Electronics Technician, transitioning to an Electronics Instructor at the Canadian Forces Electronics Training School. Fraser holds an Honours Diploma in Computer Programming from Algonquin College and additional training from DeVry Institute of Technology.
