Jocelyn Casimir

Jocelyn Casimir, MBA, CPA, CMA, currently serves as Manager of Strategic Planning and Data Analytics at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, a position held since September 2008. In this role, Jocelyn develops and implements automated tests and data-mining activities to aid management in identifying control weaknesses, anomalies, and potential risks, while providing functional direction to various Corporate Management groups under the CFAO. Jocelyn's educational background includes a Master of Advanced Study in Finance, Investment, and Portfolio Management from the Canadian Banking Institute, a Master's degree in Managerial Accounting from l'Université du Québec en Outaouais, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
