Mark Baxter

Mark Baxter has over 25 years of law enforcement experience, currently serving as an Inspector with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, focusing on FIFA 2026 Security Coordination and Operational Response. Mark's extensive career includes various leadership roles such as Officer in-Charge of Special Traffic Operations and Senior Patrol Non-Commissioned Officer, among others. Prior to joining the RCMP, Mark worked for the New Westminster Police Department as a Custodial Jail Guard. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of General Studies from Thompson Rivers University, a Diploma in Criminology, and a Certificate in Criminal Justice Studies from Douglas College.
