Watch 2 Commander is a Staff Sergeant at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Watch has been with the RCMP for 25 years and has served in various positions throughout their career. Most recently, they were the District Advisory NCO for seven RCMP districts in southwestern Nova Scotia. In this role, they were responsible for coaching and mentoring local RCMP district commanders, conducting targeted and general audits to ensure quality control of operational and administrative processes, overseeing the implementation of a new national planning and reporting process, and engaging with local governments and First Nations communities. Watch has also managed major events and critical incidents, and served as a southwest district representative on several local and regional EMOs.
