Susana Alarcon-Galarza

Susana Alarcon-Galarza currently serves as the Director of Case Management and Staffing at Royal Care, a position held since May 2023, following a role as the Director of Business Development at New Century Home Care earlier in 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Home Care Operations Manager at Infinite Services Inc from September 2020 to January 2023 and as Business Development Manager at Personal Touch Home Care from December 2015 to September 2020, where responsibilities included supervising staff and creating effective intake models. Susana also held roles with increasing responsibilities at Advanced Eye Care and Aesthetic Center from 2008 to 2015, including Medical Assistant and Assistant Manager, contributing to workflow enhancements and marketing efforts. Susana earned a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Baruch College and is currently pursuing a Master in Healthcare Administration at Hofstra University.
