Alexander Gil is a seasoned professional in product design, project management, and supply chain management with extensive experience in the cruise and maritime industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design for Royal Caribbean Group since March 2021, Alexander has effectively developed and applied strategic product concepts across new builds and existing fleets. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager and Program Manager, overseeing significant savings in procurement and project delivery. Notably, Alexander has led various high-value projects for renowned companies such as Amazon, Virgin Voyages, and Royal Caribbean, consistently achieving budgetary goals and enhancing operational efficiency. Alexander holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management and a Certificate in Import & Export Management from Florida International University.
